Wanted to buy an item but turned out it wasnt even available at all. The refund took almost 3weeks to be submitted and 1 week for the amount to be refunded!! Yet... I dont have other such refunds taking so long from other companies like Amazon or Lazada or Taobao. This company needs to stop using covid19 as an excuse.. and improve on their service/s. Stop asking for 4-5 stars when they couldnt even sell the item i was looking for and refund took weeks!! I dont wish to buy anything or give this company my business if thats how they run it in future like now.
