Never ever buy anything from this company. Is a scam. I purchased my supplements on 1st April 2023. After waiting for 2 months. And claimed that have to cancel my order. Refund my amount into credit and wanted to lured me to purchase again. I rejected and wanted it to refund to my credit card. 7th Aug sent me an email that it was credited. I called my bank and also check my credit card E statement. It was not credited at all. Is a scam. Give me a transaction log with many number showing that they have credited but didn’t showed it was my credited card number. As they several email to proof from which bank do the refund and to which credit card and they are unable to proof. I have also called my bank to investigate this case and is working on it. I have also submitted a my complaint to Singapore CASE. For all buyers who has the same encounter. Pls inform your bank and lodge a complaint to Singapore CASE.
