Yet another bait and switch scam... cheap quotes, you sign up then they wait for the cooling off period to expire before finding discrepancies or claiming you've not sent documents.
At this point any change ir cancellation is charged at least £50 for admin charges. In my case the discrepancies actually meant my policy should be cheaper, but because of their outrageous fees they are demanding I pay more than I already paid for a policy which should be cheaper.
Ombudsman complaint will be filed.
