The company charged an excessive >£100 to cancel my policy (£50 cancellation fee and a £50 non-refundable administration fee to set up the policy in the first place). This charge was not told to me when I renewed; had to renew via phone as changed card details and no mention of this charge at the time). Company did nothing to rectify this mistake.
Very poor customer service. Charging to set up a policy (when I was a renewal customer) is shocking and these costs need to be made clearer.
Do not use this company, daylight robbery and unhelpful service
