From the first call I made to 1st Glass I knew I had taken the right step and felt so happy from that call to completion of the fitting. Kind, cortious, not pushy, helpful and yes honest. The representative who came, phoned first, so he wasn't a stranger when he arrived. Prices were explained, fair and options extensive. Every step of the way was explained, with a telephone message and they even offered an earlier fitting date. The fitters were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. On time and cleaned up after themselves. The craftsmanship of the products in excellent, fitted by craftsmen. 1st Glass is 1st all round.
