This week I completed my level 3 in first aid for mental health not only was it one of the emotional courses that I have ever done. Kevin was amazing understanding and took the time to listen to our views and life experiences. Of course I always knew that mental health existed, but this course really did make me think it really is okay not to be okay. This course or the 4 hour bite size course is so rewarding highly recommended thank you Kevin.
