Their automated communications leave a lot to be desired - the anticipated arrival date kept getting pushed out further and further. However, once I spoke with a customer service agent (who contacted me extremely quickly) my concerns were resolved. I received my sofa in less than a week from order to delivery at a price several hundred dollars less than competitors. I was very pleased with the overall experience (aside from the automated emails) and would definitely consider ordering from them again.
