I am giving 4 stars for the product and deducting 1 star for "upselling" me the bed slats needed to hold up the mattress on my new bedroom set when I called to confirm my order as requested. After spending more than 3,000 dollars, I am not keen on needing to purchase the wood slats to hold my mattress separately for an extra 179 dollars. It doesn't inspire consumer confidence and no one else makes me purchase such things
