Haven't got my furniture delivery yet. Can't review about the furniture, shipping nor delivery process. I have been in touch with customer service several times, both by email and telephone. Emails are slow for replies although good supportive response when they do. Calls are handled professionally and friendly. Be aware of the ship date that shows on the item's webpage when purchasing furniture. It is seriously misleading. I suggest calling for better accuracy. Prices are good and having a coupon code option is great. Purchase through "rakuten" or "paypal deals" for even more savings. I recommend.
