This was my first time ordering a sofa online and from 1StopBedrooms so I was leary about it but all went well. My only complaint would be my online account did not update shipping so I emailed customer help and they got right on top of it and also called with delay notification. I had to staple bottom skirt in some spots where it broke loose but was no big deal. I use to work at a furniture store inspection and repair so all is good, honestly being shipped many states away I was worried there would be worse damage. I would order from 1StopBedrooms again.
