We are from Washington State. We went to an Ashley store nearby and found the furniture that we loved. The store is probably five minutes from our house. We were looking at a reclining couch and a recliner. The 2 pieces $3500 plus tax, But then they wanted to charge us $500 for Delivery. That didn't set well with me. Since we are just down the road. If we wanted to pick them up, we would've had to drive 45 minutes, and find a truck. We came home and found one stop bedrooms. We were shocked about the price differences. We ended up ordering The same sofa and not 1 but 2 reclining chairs, plus a coffee table. We also received free shipping. I got a call from the company to make sure that everything was correct with the order. We talked about a warranty and the next day my furniture was sent out. It came very quickly and the delivery. People who handle it were fantastic. I don't think I've ever had a delivery go as smooth as this one did. There is no doubt in my mind that when I am ready to purchase again that I will come go directly to 1stopbedrooms! They save just so much money. And customer service was fantastic.
