My experience with 1stopbedrooms was A+. The couch we ordered is amazing and I love it. My only complaint is we paid extra to have the delivery company bring it inside our house figuring it’d be the safest option since they’re “professionals” but we would have been better off doing it ourselves. With the couch still wrapped, it seemed fine but when we took the covering off, a corner of the couch was shredded down to the wood. While they were bringing it in, they must’ve hit it or scraped it on something which is frustrating. Feels like we paid extra for the delivery for no reason and now our brand new couch is flawed. But the delivery team has no reflection on 1stopbedroom themselves - I’d definitely buy from them again except I’d probably just choose to go a different route for delivery.
