I ordered the wrong color couch. Called customer service and got Kobe Mim., I’m not sure if I’m spelling that right, but he was amazing. Very knowledgeable, informative, pleasant! Made the whole process easier. I appreciate excellent, above and beyond customer service and that’s what he provided. Thank you so much Kobe. (Coby?)
