Great process from start to finish. My order was shipped on time and the only delay was caused by a snow storm local to me for the delivery. Received all pieces during my delivery and all arrived in good condition. There was one small hole on one box but the packaging held up and kept the sofa itself in good condition. The couch was easy to set up and like it says on the site it is the perfect sectional for our smaller space. The pull out bed is so convenient. Highly recommend this item and 1stopbedrooms.
