I shopped around for living room furniture quite a bit online and in person. After finding the couches and recliner that I wanted in person, I immediately checked online and found not only were the original prices significantly better than the actual store, they were also on sale. And since the furniture stores do not stock any pieces, it was going to take weeks to ship. I received a follow-up communication to verify my address and delivery instructions within 3 days of ordering, and my order is supposed to ship in the next day or so. The rep that I spoke with answered all my questions and even upsold me on the warranty after I did not originally purchase it, because he was able to offer a discount that made it worth it. As far as the quality of the furniture, I have not received it *yet* but it is a major name brand, so I feel that review would fall on the manufacturer rather than 1Stop.
