The first representative i spoje with Joe R. did not seem very knowledgeable of my order. He quoted me a price for assembly when the chest was advertised as fully assembled.
The second rep. I spoke with Ian, confirmed that my product would be fully assembled as advertised and was very helpful in answering my additional questions.
