We have ordered multiple things over the years and I have always had great service. The customer service always has great suggestions and helpful with upgrading too! Especially with the mattresses we have bought. I love everything we have bought wood bedrooms set for my son, master bedroom set, mattresses, bunk beds, and we just ordered more mattresses and a kitchen table.
