Before I fly in to London, I did some research and I've asked some travellers thru TripAdvisor, true enough 247 delivers top service at an affordable price. The drivers are polite, though not chatty (which I like), and they are on time - most important criteria in transport service. The drivers I met did not try to chat me up for more tips but I gave them anyway for their good service. One area of improvement and I'm not sure if it's feasible, perhaps they can have a cap or hat that has the 247 logo so customer can ID them because there are simply too many drivers at the waiting area and it's hard to look out for the corect person while dragging luggage and bags out of immigration/custom at Heathrow airport.
