I asked for a certain model of car door in a particular colour. There was no indication of colour or condition of the doors. I would have liked some feedback on general condition ie. Perfect ready to fit. One small Ding, surface scratches in need of a repaint. minor repair required. This would have added so much to the value of the information I received. The location in the UK would have been useful. Age and model of car from which the parts had been taken. I was also put off when I can't phone directly and have to go through the answering system to actually contact the supplier. Overall, not to good and unlikely to buy using this system.
