My request to 247 Spares in October 2015 prompted a quick response the same day, unfortunately, the first responder was JAP PARTS who supplied a worthless, faulty component, which was supposed to have been tested (a big inducement to purchase) and for which I paid over the odds ( the most expensive of the 4 original responses). My swift request for refund or replacement under guarantee to JAP PARTS for the component, which proved to be only fit for melting down as scrap was TOTALLY ignored. However, after 17 e-mails, numerous 'phone calls and letters to Trading Standards, Citizens Advice and the Credit card company, I finally got a full refund (excluding return postage) on 30.12.16. My advice BUY ELSEWHERE, unless you want a 2 month stint on the 'phone, photocopying and typing................
