I found one site very helpful and polite. When I asked if the price included vat they informed me that there was no vat on used parts.
I then phoned another site to ask why they were charging vat? the engine I was looking at was £295 + £10 delivery = total price £366!
I was told they weren't charging vat and when I asked why the amounts did not add up he put the phone down!
