Quotes started to come through almost immediately but unfortunately quotes only state a telephone number. There is no information on where/who the quote is coming from, nor are their any details of the item. When filling out the quote request I only supplied my email address as I want to communicate by email first to ascertain if the item being quoted for is what is required before entering into a telephone conversation. I even tried to email 247spares to find out if we could change the way in which I contacted the suppliers but there seemed to be no way to do that. Perhaps I am missing something???? Help.
