Parts arrived yesterday, opened and inspected, parts not fit for purpose and not accepted returned to delivery driver. these parts could not be used as were in a condition inferior to the items in current used and could not be used to repair problem. The packaging was inspected to ascertain that fault was inherent prior to despatch. broken parts of unit mounting tabs were not found in packaging. Where bracket should have been showed no sign of recent brakeage. ie. were broken prior to despatch. these parts are still required. Please advise soonest as to replacements are available fit for purpose as soon as possible. I hope to be able to change my rating from very poor to normal or better on satisfactory conclusion of this purchase. E.E.Hammett
