I entered all relevant information INCLUDING the part No. Listed are some of the excuses I got; 1) we have the part but its the wrong part number, Well why quote then ? 2) the quote we gave you (£120) was computer generated, the numbers don't match but we can obtain one for you for£420 3) Yes we have the part though we are busy and it will take 5 days to reach you (Monday 18th). I paid £175 to SAS spares. On the day of delivery I got a phone call 'unfortunately the part is corroded, we will give you a refund and despite promises that the refund would be in my account by the Wednesday 20th (which it wasn't), I phoned them only to be told that it will be at least 6 more days....next Tuesday 26th before the money is refunded. 4) Yes we have the part, I will get my colleague to remove it from the car.
