I would infinitely prefer to have been put in touch with suppliers directly via either the business name, their actual phone number or email as I find it a pointless waste of time ringing premium rate phone numbers from abroad to obtain a spare part. I didn't use the service because of this fact even though 2 of the quotes were acceptable. What was an acceptable quote with be increased dramatically using a premium rate number to contact a supplier negating the point of trying! I would have used the system repeatedly had this not been the case, but given we live in a world of greed the supplier loses a sale!
