I contacted a company through this website on what I thought was a mobile number, however I was wrong and ending up being charged £8 for the call. I raised a complaint on 247 Spares website which they then passed on to the company I received my item from (and the complaint was directed at 247 Spares not the other company), I was then informed by the other company that they provide 247 Spares with a landline number to be supplied to customers, this was not the number provided to me though. I then tried to phone 247 Spares, however there was no answer and not even a company voicemail. I would not use this company again!
