Made a request at 6.30pm for an ABS pump for Citroen C5. One immediate quote (expensive for second-hand item). Four other quotes early following morning, two of which gave no price just a request to ring with part number. This I did and both suppliers found that they had no stock but could order new if I wanted (at £50 more than I could obtain locally). Of the other two, one was very expensive for second-hand item and the other was even more expensive but for a reconditioned unit. Understand the time delay in quoting due to the time I requested a quote but to suggest they had stock when they patently did not I find frustrating. Overall not a good experience.
