It was a quick efficient response and redirection to the right firm, but the firm in question failed to tell me that there were two types of wing mirror, a long and a short arm.
And as the problem was the near-side mirror striking something over hanging the carriageway, the last thing I needed was a longer arm version.
Very disappointing.
I had to send it back, and pay extra carriage.
I await the short arm model, hopefully
