when calling up to make payment having sat waiting on hold for approx. 15mins whilst some Asian guy on the line transferred me to whoever ....without success I hung up and tried calling again...and yet again I was left in limbo only to find that I was being charged extornate rates on my mobile....and all this was so I could just pay for the item I ordered....in allmy mobile company charged me £12 for a call that never materialised ...so this I why I will not be using this site again, and since the item I actually ordered actually only being dispatched from a close by town to me I could have gone and collected the thing my self..........yet I was put through a lot of distress having to be hooked to the phone with this call center.....
