Sid is truly an expert on all things computer related. My problem related to an uninstall error. Sid took control of the computer cleaned the system and reinstalled programs necessary for our work. I would also comment that Sid not only resolved the problem but worked with me as the process was on going which lasted over two hours with frequent phone calls updating the progress. Thanks so much.
