I would be seen as very capable with computer issues, but was entirely stumped by a Win 10 issue I had involving One Drive sync. And, this was consuming way too much of my attention. Frustrated, I got in touch with Sid at 247. He worked steadily on this for over and hour, entitrely resolved my problem and got my machine set up to avoid the issue going forward.
