Sid was more than fantastic. Ask for Sid. Absolutely use this company. The best I've ever had. And from India too! Got the job done remotely in less than one hour. My relatively new HP Pavilion was running slowly. Like molasses which made we wait. Agony. Then things sped up but slowed again and so on. I finally had enough and did a Google search. I looked at several sites and chose 24/7 PC Repair as it appeared conservatively professional! I didn't feel I was being conned into something. Essentially he removed a few unneeded programs tagging onto to existing programs. Also, a few invasive viruses. I'm very happy now and all for $119 (about 18 months ago I had the same issue, a year after getting this PC). But I took it locally here in San Diego. $279 later and they lost all my bookmarks and a few other things got shifted around. They did clear up the speed, but nothing as fast, efficient and priced reasonably as 24/7 PCRepair.
