Washing machine agitator was not agitating as strong as it had in the past but besides that the washing machine was working fine. We called and paid $95 for a technician to come out and diagnose the issue and he completely took the machine apart but didn’t put it back together properly. Now the washing machine won’t work at all and the customer service manager Ray might be the most rude individual I have ever spoken to in my entire life. We asked for the technician to come back and put the machine back together properly and he refused to do that without charging us another $95. Ray told me that I am not a repair technician so I have no idea what I am talking about and that I can call back on Monday to speak to someone else since he is done “helping”me. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company.
