Completely shambolic organisation. I cancelled my subscription, received a confirmation email, and yet they still took £34.99 from my account. The exact same thing has happened again this month. I have again rang and left a message, along with an email outlining my displeasure.
Please whatever you do do not subscribe to this fraudulent organisation.
