First off I am a vacation rental owner so I know a few things about customer service. 360 Blue is an absolute terrible company to deal with. They do not care at all about the customer experience. Once they get your money they will DO NOTHING to assist you. I rented a 3 bed/3bath condo in Florida (gulf front) and there was LOUD construction going on the entire time we were there (5 of 7 days). I contacted 360 Blue and asked why I was not notified that this was going to be going on during my stay. They said that nothing could be done. They did not attempt to move me or refund me for this horrible annoyance. DO NOT MAKE ANY BOOKINGS WITH 360 BLUE. They are HORRIBLE.
