We had the absolute worst experience with 360 Blue. We called three separate times to report multiple incidents. We had to have maintenance come on two occasions to fix a water leak in the hvac closet and to check on the air.
The air conditioning was not working properly throughout the unit. We had to have three fans in the master bedroom to tolerate the heat. We kept the blinds closed and fans running all day. They did nothing to remedy that. We were miserable.
We had to clean the unit ourselves because it was so gross. It looked like the floor had not been swept or mopped in ages. There was hair on the walls in the shower.
The water went off on three separate occasions, including while in the shower. Speaking of the master shower, it did not drain well at all. Most likely, there was a draining issue because of the hair build up from not being cleaned well.
The circuit breaker had to be reset multiple times because we turned on the microwave while the dryer was running. It shut the power down. That is rediculous.
The pots and pans were absolutely disgusting. They were scraped up and had film/food stuck on them. I couldn't even cook with them.
We waited to speak with the 360 Blue inspector to discuss all of these items. She said she would bring them to their attention. The inspector was nice and apologized.
We spoke on the phone and emailed several times with 360 Blue. They first emailed in response to apologize and award us with 10% off our next visit. Absolutely unacceptable. We requested to be compensated on our existing stay. They said that they carefully considered it and would not do anything like that. They stuck with 10% off the following visit. Well why in the world would we ever use 360 Blue again after this horrible experience?

It literally looked like the owners were living there, shoved all of their personal items in the hvac closet, and left 5 minutes before we arrived.
We owned in Watersound for 7 years and have rented with 360 Blue multiple times. Not sure what has happened recently. We gave them multiple opportunities to correct this, but it seems as though they do not care. I understand the demand of the area is high, but there are plenty of companies that do this well. 360 Blue is not one of them.
