We had such an amazing experience with everything that 360 Blue provided, even before our trip all of the updates from the app that we received kept us so informed and allowed us to be perfectly prepared. Upon arrival the house we stayed in was impeccable, so clean and we instantly just felt like we were at "home". They made sure we had all of the necessities and gave plenty of tips on how to find anything we needed. We came across some questions and we called the customer service number and had answers immediately, everyone was so courteous and seemed to honestly care about our needs. Anything we asked was answered, any problem was fixed, besides the home being a dream vacation itself we had great customer service and guidance and couldn't have asked for more. We would love to use 360 Blue in any future vacations and would highly recommend it to our family and friends.
