We stayed at 105 Park Row Lane with 2 adults and 5 older teenagers. The house was beautiful, well-equipped, and spacious enough for all plus guests. Location just steps from the fitness center, pool, and Watercolor beach access was unbeatable and made the trip. The bikes were great, but we also enjoyed walking along the beach into town. Our golf cart rental was good for trips to Publix and The Hub. Being close to Grayton Beach area was nice too as teenagers enjoyed a trip to Lululemon, and the whole family had a great fishing experience with Larry and Deadfish Charters. Loved this house and would stay there again .
