360 Blue sales and service personnel were excellent. The service people especially. However, whoever is responsible for checking that the rental is "ready' for occupancy needs to improve. I had multiple problems that should and could have been avoided if someone had simply spent 10 minutes looking over the property before we arrived.The service people were quick to respond but it still took time for the pool water to warm and the main level ice maker could not be fixed and a new one could not be installed before our departure. I appreciate the consideration from 360 Blue to compensate for the issues we encountered.
