I have booked week vacations at least 3 times with 360 Blue. Whenever we have had an issue (late arrival, need for additional household supplies, recommendation for florist or bakery or caterer), they have always been helpful. I would recommend, however, if you have an issue other than simply booking your stay, that you contact 360 Blue during normal business hours as the customer service during normal business hours is tops! I know I can count on 360 Blue to take care of me and my family, and I will book with them again. All properties were beautiful!
