What a great house for a family gathering. We had a group of twelve to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday over New Year's Eve. There was lots of room for everyone. We had a few very minor problems with one of the bathrooms, but 360 blue came out and took care of the problem right away. The weather was cool but we enjoyed the beach view, the heated pool and the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. We were able to walk on the beach which is a few steps from the house. Being so close to the red bar and several restaurants and shops was a plus. Seaside is a short car ride away. Everyone enjoyed the pool table, having six bikes and nice tvs in all the rooms. There was ample parking spaces. All the rooms were very comfortable. Would love to go back when the weather is warm.
