We really enjoy using 360 Blue, but did have a little hiccup with our house being in disarray when we arrived. Since we arrived on Dec. 26th, we suspect the cleaning crew left in the middle of cleaning on Dec. 24th. Couch cushions were turned upside down and rugs flipped over and cleaning supplies and rags left in showers. 360 Blue did respond promptly to send someome over to finish the cleaning process. We were just a bit surprised that nobody had inspected the house prior to our arrival. Nonetheless, we loved the beautiful home we stayed in and the rest of our time in gorgeous Watercolor!
