We stayed in the Villa Blanco over the holiday and the company was terrifically easy to work with. They allowed us to check into the home early and were very friendly--their App made our stay even easier. Apart from learning many of the showers had ice cold water, the house was great--I'm sure had I known about the shower issue while there the company would have handled it accordingly.
