We rented a house from them and specifically chose a house that had a pool that could be heated (for an extra charge. 2 days prior to our arrival, they informed us that heater was not working. Given the problem I asked for options for another rental or at least some sort of discount; however, they gave us no options and were completely unapologetic. Additionally they said “the heater breaks all the time” as of this is a valid excuse. 2 days is more than enough time to get a maintenance person out there, but they clearly don’t want o spend the money to make a client happy. For the amount we are paying this type of service is completely unacceptable
