I placed my order for a new Hoover oven on Thursday 13th of Feb and booked a delivery slot for Sat 14th between 11am-1pm. I received a call at 11.30 informing me to expect my delivery in half an hour. Arran & Michael arrived promptly with my lovely new oven, unpacked it and removed my old one. Excellent service will recommend 365 to my family and friends and will definitely my first stop next time I need home electrical items. 10/10
