the ticket was print in french. it would be better to print it in english because the person in london don't understand the french; for exemple, at the ticket desk of "the tower of london" the person though I paid for 2 adult only but Infact I paid for 2 adult + 1 child (she didn't understood the word "enfant"). it can be better to write the price on your ticket also
