I was very nervous because it took almost 3 weeks to get the email with the voucher to print our tickets. Before I ordered, I saw that the site said that the order would be processed within 2 hours or in times of high demand, in order of date of trip. I understand and appreciate that. The catch is that we will be traveling for two weeks before the tickets are needed, and I desperately wanted to print them before leaving home. HOWEVER... customer service was excellent and they made sure that the order was processed in time for me. I would recommend using this company, but make sure to be proactive about requesting the tickets if you aren't getting them in a timely manner.
