The service was good. My only gripe, if anything, was that visiting Windsor Castle for a day trip cost me the same as buying it on the gate. I found out from a customer assistant at Windsor that I could have had a free pass for 1 year if I was a gift aider and paid at the Windsor gate that day. Sadly, they wouldn't let me have this offer as I had bought online. Having said that, it was an amazing day and the 2 hours spent in the castle was brilliant. I would go again but maybe pay on the day.
