Overall the website is very good and it is very easy to find what you are looking for. The only thing that annoys me, and this can be said for many booking websites, is the fact you have to pay extra for using debit cards and if you want confirmation through the post! How else are you suppose to pay if not using a card? I know its only a nominal amount but when you have to pay every time you book it soon adds up!
