I had a very high opinion of you and frequently recommended you. I would have rated you Very Good, or higher. However, I have a very much lower opinion of you now that you are charging customers to make a booking. I have moved you from my highly regarded category and ,sadly, put you into Rip-off Britain. When I go to a shop I am not charged for the use of the till. When you go to a shop you are not charged for the use the till, so why charge us for paying?
